'The Link'  re-mastered  OUT NOW on Listenable Records!
'The Link Alive' DVD - COMING SOON on Listenable Records!

Combining intense incendiary live shows that will leave you open-mouthed in awe, with richly textured and brutally powerful compositions that transcend the normal death metal style, there’s no doubting that GOJIRA are an exceptional band. Randy Blythe of Lamb of God agrees and refers to ‘From Mars To Sirius’ as his "favorite record of last year" during his video interview with the French metallers. As Metal Injection producer Robert Pasbani says, "Randy personally requested to interview GOJIRA for our site."

Metal Injection Overdose, launched in the summer of 2006, is the first video-on-demand service geared exclusively towards extreme music, featuring mainstream and underground acts, and has averaged 200,000 views a month for its content.

To view the interview go to www.metalinjection.net

GOJIRA are flattening all competition in their wake – thanks to the growing critical acclaim that their phenomenally brilliant third album ‘From Mars To Sirius’ has gained across Europe and more recently America including grabbing a nod from The Los Angeles Times and year-end list appearances in Revolver and Decibel.

26 Apr 2007 - Dimmu Borgir guitarist, Silenoz, blasts SCARVE in his stereo!

April 26, 2007

If you haven't given SCARVE a listen, take it from someone who knows metal...

Scarve
'The Undercurrent'

The follow-up to SCARVE's critically acclaimed Irradiant (2004), The Undercurrent, coming out on June 12, 2007, has already hit reviewers and fans right in the gut. If you haven't taken the time to lose yourself in SCARVE check out their MySpace and listen to the newly posted "The Plundered."

”Finally this monster is here! Honestly, I can’t get it out of my stereo, it’s just keeps getting better and better and I was hooked during the first spin!! Awesome!”
-Silenoz of Dimmu Borgir

This album marks a grandiose return of the band marking them as pioneers and way ahead of their time. Beyond any doubt the most sophisticated, intricate, unconventional SCARVE recording to date. SCARVE will impress and annihilate both friend and foe!

"SCARVE are an integral part of France's outward facing metal scene, and The Undercurrent, the group's fourth, certainly will turn heads in the same way...Compared to bands fighting for similar goals, The Undercurrent renders 98.5% of them inert."
-Decibel Magazine

"SCARVE will strangle you."
-Corazine Magazine

25 Apr 2007 - MORS PRINCIPIUM EST band update

Mors Principium Est
Band update

MORS PRINCIPIUM EST have posted new updates about the status of the band lineup on: http://www.morsprincipiumest.com

"Ok, let's start with some good news. We have found our new guitar players!
Karri Kuisma is now our official member and our new solo guitarist is a dude called Tomy Laisto. Both Karri and Tomy allready played with us at the show in Turku (11.4.2007).
Jarkko will still be a member of MPE, but he will not play any live shows."

The band goes on to say, "And then some not so good news.
We decided with Joona, that it will be the best for everybody that Joona will not be a member of MPE anymore. And the reason why is that Joona just simply doesn't have any time for MPE. At the moment we are not looking for a new keyboard player."

The new live lineup will be the following:
Ville Viljanen - vocals
Mikko Sipola - drums
Teemu Heinola - bass
Karri Kuisma - rhythm guitar
Tomy Laisto - solo guitar

“MORS PRINCIPIUM EST transfer the crown from Gothenburg to Pori in one fell swoop and don’t look back. As Demilich once proclaimed in 1993, 'Fuck Sweden!' It’s taken 14 years, but I finally believe ‘em. 9/10” –Decibel Magazine

“I know that it is only February, but this will probably be my most favorite release of 2007 I give Liberation = Termination 4.5 out of 5 stars… This band is just what the doctor ordered.” – RockMyMonkey

10 Apr 2007 - The Amenta reinvigorate 2004's "Occasus"

The Amenta

Reinvigorate 2004's "Occasus"

THE AMENTA's 2004 album entitled "Occasus" has been conceptualized beyond the conventional re-release most others generate. This time the offering includes multiple full-lengths; “Occasus”, “Soundtrack to a Hidden Earth” and “Mictlan” MCD with all new artwork and image galleries.
In addition you'll have the opportunity to devour "The Virus" DVD, also included and containing the “Erebus” film clip.
Expect musical duels of radical politics and distorted radio static.
Some much needed brain surgery and radiotherapy for all you Tumors out there!

Preceding in the fall, THE AMENTA bestow the first official release of their upcoming album, "non”, which is swarming with found sounds and bent circuits.
Not your standard ‘music for a fashion statement’ internet elite.
This is extreme music for extreme people.
Themes for junkies, car crashes, slaves and prostitutes. Distorted with metallic percussion, angular riffs encapsulated in the atmosphere of urban decay.

"non" tracklisting:
  •     Rape
  •     Junkie
  •     Cancer
  •     Slave
  •     Skin
